Because all press-on nail sets are made to order and handled as a personal care product, all sales are final.

Returns and refunds

  • No returns are accepted.
  • No refunds are issued.
  • We do not offer exchanges.

Order issues (please contact us)

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

If approved, we’ll offer a solution such as a replacement for the affected item, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Not covered

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by application, removal, or daily activities
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed
